Dream, a process of Consciousness

Dreams reveal consciousness navigating the dual realms of the fixed body and the formless, bridging the seen and the unseen

Dreams often feel as real as waking life, with no confusion except for one key difference: consciousness experiences them without being bound to any fixed shape, body, or size. Consciousness is entirely free from the design and functions of the body. It resides within the body, creating the illusion of being the body, but in truth, it is not.

Unlike time-bound perceptions, consciousness transcends time, seamlessly glimpsing events from other time zones—sometimes even those yet to occur in our waking reality. Many of us experience such dreams, astonishingly accurate, and later watch in awe as life unfolds step by step, just as the dream foretold. Consciousness is a mystery, bridging the known, the unknown, and the yet-to-be.

Often, what they reveal can later be validated in waking life—sometimes with surprising accuracy.

To ignore them is to overlook a hidden well of wisdom within us.

Something in us that never sleeps, always awake, always aware............as our consciousness..

All the time in observation state.

Consciousness, in its pure observing state, can witness anything—from random flashes to strikingly clear visions.

It is not bound to always remain embedded within the body; rather, it is free, limitless, and expansive.

At times, it flows through the body and feels as if it is “yours,”

yet in observation it can perceive realities, places, or

insights that do not necessarily belong to you.

The vague and random visions often arise in that subtle transition zone—when consciousness drifts

between being within the body and moving beyond it.

In such moments, glimpses appear without order or clarity, and because we remain unaware ( our traditional memory) of this shift, we fail to understand their deeper meaning.

Consciousness constantly picks up subtle signals, hinting at events our active memory cannot recall.

Dreams bring these signals to light, and suddenly, the next morning, we realize their truth. Certain days or moments arrive for everyone—not linked to us—but their approach reaches us mysteriously, leaving us surprised when verified.

Thoughts and intentions from others sometimes flow into our awareness, clearing doubts and revealing clarity.

Observing and validating these subtle patterns teaches us that existence holds countless truths, far beyond the prejudices and assumptions we often cling to.

Dreams can be a deep source of knowledge..

In dreams, many of us often feel as if we are falling from a great height—sudden, intense, almost real. Our body jolts, our heart races, and in that very instant, sleep is broken.

And then, in relief, we touch our hands and legs—only to realize everything is perfectly fine. The fall was never real, yet it felt so true.

The body rests in sleep, yet consciousness remains awake and at work.

If the body is resting, then who falls in the dream?

Is it that consciousness hovers—partly inside, partly outside the body—playing its own game?

Then

Memory too joins, storing past habits,

evoking fear,

and convincing us of a ‘real fall’ until sleep breaks.

Sometimes, in the midst of all turmoil, a gentle whisper arises—‘Don’t worry, it’s only a dream

“But then—who is that silent witness within us, untouched by activity, yet fully aware of every happening, only to reveal it all when the next morning dawns?”

The Silent Mystery of Sleep"Dreams: A World Within

As we drift into sleep, we often wonder—when exactly did I fall asleep? Billions experience it daily, yet none can detect the precise moment.

How fascinating it would be if, like a goal replay, we could watch the ‘just before,’ ‘the moment,’ and ‘just after’ sleep takes over.

Interestingly, no instrument can precisely detect the transition from one time zone (waking state) to another (sleep or dream). Yet, in dreams, our consciousness ........

our consciousness sometimes whispers—“this is not real, it’s only a dream.” And the next morning, we recall it vividly.

Who sleeps ?

Who dreams? Who memorizes and tell us next day?

How does this mysterious awareness arise? Can we explore it further?
